Urashield is made by a wear and impact resistant elastomer or composite material. It is an ideal abrasion and impact protection solution for the touchdown sections of the subsea fiber optic cables, power cables, pipelines, and flowlines.

CBM offers custom designed Urashield which can be formulated for additional requirements, such as buoyancy, ballast, thermal insulation or fire retardancy. Easy on-site installation and cost reduction is among the key engineering designs of the Urashield product.
